Meet Dr. Kelly Chuang, DMD

Dr. Chuang brings outstanding clinical training, a passion for patient care, and an energy that will make her a wonderful addition to our practice. She earned her dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania, completed her Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Howard University Hospital, and served as Chief Resident during her final year of training. Her training included extensive work in orthognathic surgery at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda. She is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Most recently, Dr. Chuang practiced in New Orleans, where she continued to hone her orthognathic and complex implant case skills. Her clinical interests also include facial trauma, TMJ management, and full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery. Just as importantly, she is committed to ensuring every patient feels heard, informed, and comfortable throughout their treatment experience. She believes in providing individualized care, recognizing that every patient is unique and ensuring patients play an active role in treatment decisions.

Originally from Rochester, New York, Dr. Chuang has always enjoyed balancing science and creativity. Outside the office, she enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, cooking, reading, writing, or doing arts and crafts. She is looking forward to exploring all that our region has to offer, becoming an active part of our community, and building relationships with local dentists, orthodontists, and the patients they entrust to our care.
